How to set up and use your HAVs form in relation to the Re-flow Dashboard.

The Vibration Magnitude must be set first, before using this form: Records > Plant/Equipment > Details tab > Vibration Magnitude field.

 

You’re able add an email notification to this form if required through: Settings > Notifications

 

 

Step 1: Add Vibration Magnitude: Records > Plant/Equipment > Details tab > Vibration Magnitude field.

Step 2: User completes form.

Step 3: Admin User reviews data: Forms > HSE > HAVs
