How to set up and use your Toolbox Topic form in relation to the Re-flow Dashboard.

The topics must be set first, before using this form: Records > HSE > Toolbox Topics.

 

You’re able add an email notification to this form if required through: Settings > Notifications

 

 

Step 1: Add Topic: Records > HSE > Toolbox Topics (add your PDF documentation or a Video URL)

Step 2: User selects topic (list generated from your Records > HSE > Toolbox Topics) and completes form.

Step 3: Admin User reviews data: Forms > HSE > Toolbox Talk Log
