Support Ticket and Help Documentation Migration

We are pleased to announce that our migration to Zendesk has completed as of approximately 20:00 on 04/04/2023, with all new tickets going into Zendesk.

Please note: you will need to register for an account in order to submit new tickets or view our help documentation. You will receive instructions on how to do this after sending an email to support@re-flow.co.uk or pressing the Support link in the left-hand menu of your dashboard.


Our team is excited to announce that, on the week commencing the 3rd of April, we will be migrating our support tickets and help documentation from Jira to Zendesk.

We believe that, moving forward, Zendesk will provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for our clients, as well as enabling us to provide even better support as we continue to expand our software.

Our dedicated support e-mail address - support@re-flow.co.uk – as well as the "Support" link in the dashboard will continue to work as usual. We’d also like to reassure our clients that any existing tickets that have been submitted in the past will be migrated to the new system in due course, so work on past and ongoing queries will not be affected.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing any disruption to our services, and we thank you for your continued support of our platform.
