For Your Information 1: Understanding Events
Once you have created a Job Pack from the Jobs section you can schedule an Event (visit) from the left-hand menu, Schedule.
A Scheduled Event (visit) against job pack enables an App User or Group to receive the job pack on the Re-flow App: including any attached documents (PDFs), location details and Event Tasks.
A Start Date/time is required to communicate to the App User when they are due to begin.
Note: You can set your Schedule Settings from within the Left-Hand Menu > Settings > Schedule Settings. This enables you to set Day start times, or Night start times. Day and Night work will be represented by a different colour in the Calendar for quick identification when shift work is being used routinely.
Video 1: Scheduling an Event
Schedule an Event by simply adding a Title (this is not required, leaving blank will populate the Job title), User and Start Date/Time. You do not need an end time as completed Tasks signify when the day’s work is complete.
Tasks enables automated Progress updates from Pending, to, In-Progress, and then, Complete. You do not need to add a Post Date unless you want to delay when the Schedule Event is available on the App. A post date in the future disables the event, and enables it when the post date it met.
It is recommended these are left blank.

Video 5: Task Only Events and Event Types
When you are scheduling work, you will predominantly be assigning App Users against a Job, but there might be time where you want to assign Tasks outside of this criteria, Re-flow's Schedule Calendar View enables you to set Tasks outside of a Job that push to App Schedule on the App Homepage. You can set Task Only Events from Schedule > Calendar View with the select view set to User.
With a Task Only Event you will need to assign the Task(s) to an App User, using the Select View icon:
