Dynamic Risk Assessment

Our Dynamic Risk Assessment App form enables App Users to select a risk type and risk hazards. The risk hazards pull through an associated consequence and risk reduction. A risk rating is applied to these hazards and an aggregate is calculated with a risk result.

Risk types and risk hazards are set up within Records > HSE > Dynamic Risk Types & Dynamic Risk Hazards.
