How do I reset my App password?

If an app user password has been forgotten in the field, it can be reset by:

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Tap 'Tap Here' underneath the Sign in button.
  2. Enter your Re-flow associated email address and tap 'OK'
  3. Open the the E-mail message titled 'Reset your password' from Reflow and tap the blue hyperlink. This will enable you to type in a new password which will enable you to sign into your account.


Admin users can also reset App users passwords via the dashboard.
