How to use the Re-flow App
Whilst Re-flow's homepage will take on many structural forms depending how your admin have set it up, there is a standard layout all will become familiar with once logged in.
All users will need to log in via their email address and password.

Breakdown
- App Settings
Tapping the cog icon will enable users access to the app settings. These settings will:
Change text size
Log out of App
Sync App: Syncing updates all project information - User ID & Last Sync
'User ID' displays the user's email address currently logged into the app. 'Last Sync' displays the previous time the app sync'd to the Re-flow server. It is important to make sure you have recently sync'd to ensure you have all the latest job information provided by your Dashboard User. - Re-flow Version
The number represents the version of Re-flow currently running on your device. - Schedule
Pressing this will take the user through their assigned project/job/site/contract information. This includes the location and any tasks. The user will also be able to view any attached PDF documents, additional content and open any forms out against the job, which will auto-populate the relevant information. - Reminders
Dashboard users can assign Reminders to specific users. These reminders will remain active until they are dismissed by the user. Reminders can include linked forms or documents. - Information
This correlates to Pages created by Re-flow's admin that all App users have access too. Common information can include 'Company Policies'. - App Footer
House Icon: This takes app users back to the App home screen
Checkbox Icon: This opens the assign user's task list
Camera Icon: This opens the 'Photo Upload' form. This shortcut enables users to select a project, add a description and take multiple photos
Search Icon: This enables users to search for jobs, tasks and form
Pending Forms
If you submit a form, and it moves into a pending state, it will be highlighted on the home screen with a red number, which relates to the quantity. Forms move into a pending state when they are unable to find an internet connection.
You can sync the device, to send the form again, or you can investigate further by reviewing the form itself. You can review the forms sent status via 'Submitted Forms'.
The form list will have a green, or, red tick to the left of the form name.
Green tick = Successfully submitted
Red tick = Form is pending
You can click the form to reopen it, and here you have the option to save, submit or delete.
Filter Schedule by progress
Within the Schedule title, to the right (under the cog icon) you can filter your jobs by their progress. You have the option to filter by: Pending, In-Progress or Complete.
(only available in schedule view - won't be available if listing by jobs)
Save & Submit
Save
Saving a form puts it into a 'draft' state, enabling it to be edited later on. This draft is saved on the mobile device only and can only be edited from the device from which it was saved.
Submit
Submitting, is the equivalent of handing a completed form to the office for filing. Once submitted, the form is stored in the cloud and is accessible by dashboard users to generate a PDF copy. Submitted forms can be viewed from the App, but cannot be edited.
