Form Ownership and the Rectification Process
This form uses the the form ownership process. This enables you to create a neutrally named app homepage button, where the form is sent after it is defected. ('Rectification Needed' used in example).
The App button ‘Rectification Needed’ can then be assigned to specific Users or Groups, who require the button to appear on their App.
In the below example, we assign the ownership manually from the Dashboard’s forms section, using the Actions Menu. We can enable a user selector, or defaulted user in the form so the ownership assigning in the Dashboard is not needed.
Adding Vehicle/Plant Checks
This process is identical for Plant checks.
How to set up your vehicle safety check form in relation to the Re-flow Dashboard.
Vehicle safety checks require the data from: Records > Assets > Vehicles, and it’s in here that the vehicle safety checks are added.
Step 1: Create your Safety Checks: Records > HSE > Safety Checks
Step 2: Add Safety Checks to the Vehicle: Records > Assets > Vehicles
Add Checks to and individual vehicle by: Click on vehicle Record > Select Safety tab > Add Checks to ‘Safety Checks’.
Add Checks in bulk from the vehicle list view by: Ticking multiple vehicles
Click Actions Menu > Select ‘Bulk Edit’
Scroll down to Vehicle Safety Checks > Select ‘modal pop-up’.
Multi-select checks required for all selected Vehicles > Click 'Update'.
Click Update Items to confirm changes.
