At Re-flow we are constantly reviewing your feedback for suggested features. We love that our clients are just as passionate as team Re-flow, to make the software as feature rich as possible.

Our current Roadmap is constantly being updated here, this keeps you in the loop of how things are progressing, what's in development and what status each feature is currently in.

Now, we want to engage even further with you, and for you to help shape the priority of future suggested features, and if they are approved for development.

Step 1

Via your Dashboard's left-hand menu, select

Suggest a new feature. Please include a detailed instruction on how you visualise this feature working with Re-flow's current build, and provide a detailed use case example to support your submission.

Step 2

Once received, your ticket status will be 'Under Development Review' to be reviewed by the development team.  This process happens once a month at the end of every month. This is where the team consider if the request is currently possible or feasible within the current development cycle of the software. Use cases will help us approve or decline a request at this stage.

Step 3

Considered feature requests are collated, and once per quarter,  put to all our clients for voting.

If a feature is considered useful and suitable by enough of our clients, it will be scheduled for development and added to the development roadmap.

Feature voting will be sent once per quarter via survey Monkey. Only one vote per company using Re-flow  will count.  Users will have 5 days to vote before the survey ends.

Step 4

Features voted for by our Re-flow community will then be updated and added to the Re-flow Roadmap here .

If your feature request did not make it through voting, we encourage you to review and re-submit the request for the next round of community voting.

Please consider features that are suitable for multiple clients, as this will increase the likelihood of being voted through for development work.
