Clearing Element Cache (local)
If a list view becomes stuck, it can be due to the data being cached on to the local computer.
To clear the element cache, perform the following steps:
Navigate to your Re-flow Dashboard. Press F12. You may have to press and hold the ‘fn’ button, if F12 is a duel purpose key e.g: used for volume or brightness.
From the Menu, now visible to the right side of the screen, navigate to the tab ‘Application’. This may need to be accessed from the >> icon, which will display a dropdown.
3. In the light grey portion of the menu, under Storage, click on the dropdown arrow next to IndexedDB, and click on ElementCache - https//…. and then Delete database.
4. Click OK and refresh your Chrome browser.
