Clearing Element Cache (local)

If a list view becomes stuck, it can be due to the data being cached on to the local computer.

To clear the element cache, perform the following steps:

 

  1. Navigate to your Re-flow Dashboard. Press F12. You may have to press and hold the ‘fn’ button, if F12 is a duel purpose key e.g: used for volume or brightness.

  2. From the Menu, now visible to the right side of the screen, navigate to the tab ‘Application’. This may need to be accessed from the >> icon, which will display a dropdown.


 

3. In the light grey portion of the menu, under Storage, click on the dropdown arrow next to IndexedDB, and click on ElementCache - https//…. and then Delete database.

 

4. Click OK and refresh your Chrome browser.
