Auto Form Status

Using an auto form status enables your form to auto assign a status, of your choosing, on submission. These can be used with Notifications, so Users can be notified via email based on a form status.

Any > Safety Checks → Safety Check > Contains > Defect

This sets form status to Defect if any checks are marked Defect.

Serviceable

 

All > Safety Checks → Safety Check > Does Not Contain > Defect

This sets form status to Serviceable if all checks are not marked Defect.

Plant Safety Check

Defect

 

Any > Safety Checks → Safety Check > Contains > Defect

This sets form status to Defect if any checks are marked Defect.
